    Question Im too short!

    Ok, I am only 5' and the seatbelt cuts into my neck even on the lowest setting. My seat can go Higher but it doesn't help much and makes it uncomfortable to drive. Is there anything I can do besides a hair elastic pulling the Shoulder strap down to the lap belt? (I only do that on long drives)

    Question latch booster question

    How does this work? Dh's car only allows latching to 40lbs. He thinks since a latched booster isn't relying on the latch to keep dd safe, it's just keeping the booster attached to the seat, that it's ok to latch the booster in despite dd being 43lbs. Is this correct?
