The app seems to not be working? Or is it just me? I'm getting a parsing error and something about software plug-in not being up-to-date.

If it's just me, how do I fix it? If it's the app, please please please tell me there's an update to that coming soon!

I'm using the app for iPad. It's working ok but 2 out of 10 posts I opened didn't show anything until I went back and opened it again.

The app is paid through the end of 2012 so it will be working again;-) The change to a new server no doubt has affected it somehow. I sent in a support request. I imagine it will resolve itself at some point, but may require people to close/restart the app or something. I will let you know when I have a response, which may not be until business hours Monday.

I can't access the site at all from Firefox. I just get an error message.

Works fine (on the same computer) viewing with Windows Explorer or Chrome.

This is what I get on Firefox:

If she could take a screenshot or copy/paste the error message and post it on facebook or email to webmaster "at" car-seat "dot" org, then I can relay it to the provider. Please also have her include the name of her internet provider, operating system, browser and version. If anyone else has this problem, please do the same. The more information I have, the better!

Ok, I fb'd her. She is now on, on IE, so hopefully she can come to the thread.

Darren I was finally able to get on with Firefox after I rebooted my pc.

Here is the error I was getting:

Also don't know it this was mentioned yet or not but there are no ads at the top of my page. It just says: "502 Bad Gateway".

Admin, if you read my comment (as in, was it you I was talking to?) on the CSO's FB page, I'm using Firefox. I was the person who had access, then it kicked me off, now I have it again. I never got any error message though; it just reverted me back to last night's forum.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled on my phone. I held my finger on the icon until the X's appeared for moving and deleting icons. I deleted the car-seat app. I then went to the apps store on my phone and searched for the car-seat app. I selected to install it on my phone. Once it finished installing, the app is working again.

I have a router at my house, I went and unplugged my computer and router..The whole power strip it was on then restarted my lap top and everything is back to normal. Not sure if this is something that really worked, or just a coincidence but when I restarted my laptop after doing this "I use firefox" the site was fixed.
Before doing this I was still getting the red message at the top of the site.
I haven't tried the app yet.
