My fave table item to eat is stuffing! I will stuff myself with it!

Fave non food table item is that DHs mom sets the table using his grandmothers antique silverware. Makes it feel like she is still with us.

Wanted to share, even though I'm not on Facebook, so I don't think I'm qualified! I love Thanksgiving and all its food!

Canned cranberry sauce

The first thanksgiving with the inlaws there was only homemade cranberry sauce. I was so disappointed. The next year I brought my own can lol.

I love everything, all together, and if one item is missing it's just not the same.

Turkey with stuffing, gravy, homemade cranberry sauce, broccoli casserole, mashed potatoes, squash of some sort, other veggies of any description, red wine, followed by homemade pumpkin pie with vanilla ice cream. YUM! I usually volunteer to make the pie because it must be homemade and often it will be store bought if someone else is in charge of it.

Turkey and deviled eggs. The deviled eggs recipe is from my grandma and I loved making them. I also love to make cheesecake or chocolate pie for thanksgiving.

I love stuffing and mashed potatoes with gravey in one bite. This year we're doing roasted sweet potatoes, though, and I have no complaints!

Pecan pie is my favorite part of Thanksgiving but since I have developed an allergy to nuts earlier this year I am trying a recipe that substitutes oatmeal for the pecans. I hope it's just as good!
