Tethering a DVD player

Is there something I can get to tether a DVD player for my rf'ing child? It velcros around the headrest but I would like to be able to tether it to the back of the seat so it is less likely to become a projectile.

We use zip ties to wrap the DVD player tightly around the headrest. Just remember that kiddo may rebound face first into the DVD player unless your seat is tetherer RFing (if allowed by manufacturer, of course!)

She's in a MA so her seat is tethered. Right now I kinda have it rigged. The DVD player is wrapped around the headrest with the velcro strap it came with. And I have a shoulder strap (from a duffle bag) wrapped around the strap and clipped to the tether anchor.
