QUICK HELP ASAP!!!!! Seat outgrown, road trip in 10 min!

As with everything in life I have waited until the last minute to check DS seat -yes I know really stupid!- he is 3/4in from top of advocate…..would you install his xtsl or make the decision to leave him in the advocate? We're headed on a 7hr road trip very shortly. TIA!!!!!!!!

I would install the XTSL and then worry and measure time left in the Britax when your back

Then if it's outgrown or close to you'll already have the other seat ready to go. I also wouldn't want to be questioning it the whole time I was gone

Yes, I would have worried the whole time…….
on the xtsl -angle measured the way Diono says from the ground, it is at 54* with him in it. Is that ok? I am questioning myself all over the place in our first big road trip with him frenzy

So, that's 36 from vertical, then, right? Yeah, that's fine. Could be more upright if you want but should be very comfy for a long trip.
