The harness height is 17.5 for the 400 at Burlington. I will be taking pics this afternoon and posting. The nautilus is 17.

What's the difference between the 300 and the 400? I found the 400 on Sears.com for $139.99. I was hoping they'd have one in the store to check out but they don't :-( When I had the salesperson look it up, it said it was available in 20-40 days. That's a big difference from 12-14 that I saw two nights ago. :-/

I'm thinking of getting one for my 3 yr old (27.5 lbs, 36"). Just don't know a lot about them and haven't seen any reviews.

Others know more than me around here, but I had called Evenflo last week to ask the same question. The 400 has the Sure latch connectors that actually self-ratchet themselves once connected. The CS lady said you connect them to the anchors and push in the seat like in the hip area/corner and the connectors self-ratchet to tighten. Also the 400 has the e3 foam for added side impact protection. That's the only difference between the 300/400 though (that and the pattern choices). Also- the 300 was available now in the Kohl pattern (shown at the link above) and the 400 she said would be shipping out in 12-14 days at that time.

Yes, 18", but when I push a little on the evenflo, I get 18 also. It is the 300, not the 400. Pics when I get home.
