Best way to attach Recaro Vivo to rolling suitcase

I am travelling alone with my daughter and need to find a way to attach a Recaro Vivo (high back booster) to a rolling suitcase. I need to have one arm available to hold her.

How old is she? I'd use bungee cords and wrap them around.

My travel solution was to "install" (as in attach with bungee cords) the carseat to a cart like this one: [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Magna-Cart-Personal-Hand-Truck/dp/B000HVVSDU"]Amazon.com: Magna Cart Personal Hand Truck: Sports & Outdoors[/ame] (we got ours at Costco) and then travel through the airport using this as the temporary "stroller." The other hand was then free for the rolling suitcase. When the little guy wanted "up" instead of in the stroller, I'd pile whatever luggage I had in the seat.

What will you be doing with the booster? Will you have a way to protect it in transit?
