i'm not usually one to pick apart the media for unaware depictions of carseat misuse. but this really caught my eye, especially given the source: euroNCAP.com, europe's central crash testing organization, has this photo on their page where they describe their methods for testing child protection in their vehicle crashes (euroNCAP tests new vehicles with a RF dummy and FF dummy in the second row). you would THINK an organization like that, especially one that follows standards for their procedures and protocols, would have a pic showing proper restraint.
