Why can't our seats have these features?

Some of those features would be awesome! But if the seat is FF only, and only goes to 40lbs, many ERF kids would barely get any use out of the seat, btwn moving from RF to FF, and then needing to move up to one that harnesses to a higher weight.
Can't remember where I read it now, but I thought that memory foam was some of the most toxic and due to that, the worst foam to have a baby laying on or sitting in. Has anyone else read it and remember where and if it was a valid study?
:confused:I hope not, cuz we have a tempurpedic mattress and baby sleeps on it w/ us for part of the nite.

When I get home, I'll see if I can find if I have this info bookmarked and if it was legitimate or not.

ETA: Okay, I found a brief bit of info here:

http://www.thegreenguide.com/doc/98/mattress
http://www.thegreenguide.com/doc/100/crib

and if you do a search for "polyurethane mattress toxicity" you should get lots of hits. You can read and decide which are legit sources. The good thing is, if you've had yours for awhile, it's likely off-gassed, but they do off gas for several months.

I thought I'd read an article that memory foam was even worse than regular foam, but I can't seem to find that right now and I may just be remembering incorrectly.

It seems great. The reviews weren't great though. I'd be happy with a longer crotch strap and no chest clip. I like the one step exit plan!
