Where's my "thanks" button?

It was brought to my attention that I did not have a "thanks" button in a particular thread (http://www.car-seat.org/showthread.php?t=201527). How come? Where did it go? How can I get it back? I like getting "thanked".

I see a thanks under your post.

Maybe the member who didn't see a thanks under your post had already given out too many rep points that day and therefore, couldn't see it.

And I think you'll never see a thanks button on your own posts because you can't thank yourself.

You do have one, but when a person has thanked a certain number of people they no longer have Thanks left... so then everyone's Thanks button disappears for them.

How many thanks can you give? I actually don't think I had given out any lately. I forget. When it was just my post and zac's, there was no thanks. Later when there were other posts, she had a thanks button.

Sure but if it wasn't so technical and confusing, we wouldn't have these threads in the Feedback forum where everyone gives and gets Thanks!
