HI! my niece figured out how to unbuckle the chest clip on her graco nautilus. She is 2 and 1/2 years old and about 42 lbs. (yes shes a big girl). we've told her that its not safe, its dangerous and any other way to word it. told her no, given her a little love tap on her hand, any other ideas when that stops working?

Put her in a button up shirt, but leave it unbuttoned. Harness her, then pull the shirt around her and the harness and button it up.
