My son has outgrown the convertible seat he has been in so we're planning on taking advantage of the BRU trade in event to get him a new one... Being indecisive, i need some help figuring it out!

The seat is for DH's car, a 2003 Honda Civic, and while it's not the primary car, DS rides in it daily to and sometimes from daycare. DS is 3.75 years old (will be 4 in late June, weighs 36.4 lbs and is just over 39" high. He is sitting FF in both cars at this point.

He rides in an SK Radian in my car (2008 Nissan Rogue), so I've toyed with moving that to the civic, but I still wouldn't know what to get in that case. I was thinking a Graco Nautilus, but BRU doesn't seem to carry them anymore and I'm not sure how the other seats similar to the GN compare.

The seats that I would consider instead of a Nautilus are the Britax Frontier, Britax Pioneer, and Harmony Defender (I don't believe BRU sells that one either, but Walmart does). My youngest (7 yrs) still rides harnessed in her Frontier. It's a really nice (though bulky) seat.

I'm not sure how well any of those seats fit in your vehicles, though...

Do you have a specific budget in mind? P.S. According to online the Toys'R'Us Trade in Event ended yesterday, but once you settle on a seat we can help you find where to buy it for the best deal.

Like various carseats from other brands, the Nautilus and Argos are being changed over to comply with new federal standards and labeling requirements. If your store is out-of-stock, they should have them back soon.
