I Need to swap out our marathon because dd ears has hit the top of the shell. I need to keep her in a 5 Pt because the seat needs to be shared as a spare with a sibling. It has to puzzle well next to a maxi cosi rodi fix booster in a tight 3 across situation. Dd is 42" 50#. Sibling is 36". I'd like the new 5pt to get me close to 2 yrs for the 42" kiddo which should be enough time for older sib to pass out of needing a booster.

I'd look at the Graco Tranzitions and Harmony Defender. They're both narrow with no rethread harnesses. They get most kids to a 6/7 shirt or 65 pounds.
