Question Question from a newb

Hello all.

Nice to find a site that gives so much info

Im a little stuck and in need of some help. I have just been given a britax safefix isofix plus for my boy Oscar.

The green clip at the back, which is used to pull out the isofix bars isnt operating correctly. basically the ends are slightly bent on the plastic clip.

This means when i pull the clip, it doesnt disengage the lock and the isofix bars are held in place. I can manually move it out by pressing the clips down.

my question is, can this green clip be replaced? its out of warranty.

Where are you located? I've never heard of your seat, so I'm guessing you're not in the US.

Anyway, I would call Britax and see what they say. In the US, at least, they *tend* to have good customer service.

From the UK. Thought most of the carseats were universal

I have a supplier not to far so i will pop in there. Just wanted to use the knowledge on here before confronted by a spotty teenager

I'll move you to the international forum. Carseats are country specific, or at least continent specific. Hopefully someone in the international forum will know what you're talking about. hehe
