Submitted a request on their support forum. Coincidentally or not, Oct. 31st is around the day they made a change for the push notifications, so perhaps that is related to this new issue.
Apologies to biddyk8! It seems there were two separate issues for you. One being that your image was too large to be uploaded, and the second was that the app was not allowing uploads at all. You should be able to upload the last file I sent you on a desktop or mobile browser, though, if you haven't already.
