Question Overall NHTSA ranking?

What are the referring to when they say Overall NHTSA ranking. I thought there wasn't anything that says one seat is safer than another?

I don't know, but I noticed they have the weight limit for the Peg at 22 lbs, when it says "Peg Perego 30/30" I mean what the heck do they think the 30/30 means??

NHTSA has an ease-of-use rating (http://www.nhtsa.gov/Safety/Ease-of-Use). It doesn't look at the safety aspects of the seat, just how easy it is to install and use, and how well the manual is written.

I'm surprised that the Aton only got 2 stars then, I thought it was extremely easy to get a solid install. I mean I know the base is a little different, but it's not HARD to use. Once you do it a couple times it becomes second nature!
