Mia Moda back on the market?

So, last I heard all the Mia Moda seats had been pulled from the market for an unspecified recall that simply said "DO NOT USE" and they were issuing refunds, etc. Just noticed that apparently the "Certo" was quietly released (many of the same patterns, features etc. available, 4-22 lbs.; looks very similar to the recalled models, so I'm assuming they redesigned and fixed whatever the problem was) in late April? I haven't heard they were back on the market, wondered if anyone knew anything else about it?

A quick google search turned up this link:

ODI

It says the harness splitter plate is sharp and could cut the harness, and the base could crack in a crash. Although the latter sounds like a possible force management technique (provided it didn't lead to ejection,) the former does not sound like good news in any way, shape, or form.
