I installed a Boulevard70 RFing into my 2011 Odyssey van in the middle seat, which is narrow, but the other two captain chairs pull away from it to allow more room for car seats (very cool feature, IMO). When I install the seat, it is a little bit wider than the seat's cushion, but I got a solid install in terms of it not moving from side to side when pushed. I haven't figured out how to tether it (the car-seat.org blog suggested to me was for the Touring, and my EX-L is a little different), though I'm not giving up on that yet if it is otherwise safe. So, is this safe?
I may just try the MR65 we have as a grandma seat in the garage- DD2 doesn't seem to like the Blvd, though she is also sick and not really a big fan of much right now. Still, the screaming when I strap her in and out is not fun. The Bouldevard70 does fit nicely in DH's Subaru, which is really why I got it.
(If it is of any help, the passenger of the Blvd is my DD2 who will be 1 in two weeks and who is 19.5+ lbs and 30+ inches.)
