Might help to know which seats these are. Did you look inside the belt paths? Have you taken both seats out of the box?

If you can't find them then call the manufacture in the morning. You might also see if the manufacture has an email, someone might be able to help you tonight if so.

Yeah umm its hard to believe Im an artificial blonde huh?
Yes they were in the storage under the seat. They are kinda hard to find though unless you know, you read the manual word for word which Im not so good at. lol.
Okay then I got the most rock solid freakin install (the MA) in like 2 seconds with latch. I cannot find a tether anchor or anything to make a loop with either. But that isnt required is it? Safer yes but for now is it okay??

Each seat should come with a "D" ring attached to the end of the Tether... you should just loop those around a non-moving part and attach the tether hook... does that make sense? Is that your question? Or can you not find a location to put the D ring? Post your car... someone I'm sure can help find a location for you...

Well the way you worded it and the manual make no sense to me but thats not the immediate issue- its yeah, that I cant find a place to hook it to. There is no anchor that has any circular area. nothing. My old car did, but this one no.
IDK.

Can you move either the drivers or passenger side seat up slightly? When I got my new car I freaked thinking I had no versa tether anchor spot, but the seat was just slid too far back blocking the view and access of the seat leg. So I slid it up a few notches and problem was solved.

Isn't that install wonderful? I got spoiled by having a MArathon as my first seat, so I hunted and hunted for a good price on the RA50 for my spare. I just could not put up with a harder install after having experienced that (Oh and it doesn't take much longer by seatbelt either)

I love that install. We have a MA, a RA 50, & a Frontier. I was scared about all the Frontier install problems, but that installed just as easy in our car.

Gotta love a Britax... welcome to the dark side :p
