Help- cheapish jogging stroller

I posted another thread specifically about the Babytrend Expedition stroller. I still haven't heard back from that seller and I am exploring my options. Are there any cheap joggers out there that will work for a 4 yr old who is all torso? Only needs to get him through the next two months and then I will be reselling. I don't have a ton of money (under $100) and need it to resell pretty well.

Help?!?

I :love::love: my Jeep Liberty Jogging Stroller. It's not a "true" jogging stroller but it does great for light jogging/fast walking. It does have a locking front wheel and it pushes like a dream.:)

My 4.5yo DD fits great in our BabyTrend Expedition Jogging stroller. It's the single and she has TONS of room to grow. My friend has her nearly 6yo sit in her BabyTrend Double jogger and he fits too, just not as much growing room as my DD has.

I have the LX (I think) version w/ the switch for locking the front wheel on the handlebar and I LOVE that feature b/c I switch between walking and jogging several times on each exercise outing.

If you're wanting it specifically to run with, I'd keep an eye on CL for a Baby Jogger Summit or other high end jogger. I have a Bob Revolution for my son, and I really love it. He has a short torso and his head barely touches the top of the canopy but he doesn't care.

The Summit is supposed to be nice and have a taller canopy. I've never had one of their strollers, but I have a bike trailer made by them and it is awesome so I'm sure the strollers are nice too. :)

Yes, definitely search on CL for some deals if you are looking specifically for a jogging stroller. I just picked up a 2002 20" Baby Jogger II in excellent condition for $65.

If you are thinking of reselling so soon anyway, think you can fork up $255 and get the BJCE on Wayfair? I don't see them on CL much, but seeing that it's a $400 stroller, you should be able recoup your cost.

Ended up with the Expedition and loving it! Of course, I don't have experience with many joggers but it pushes great (even with an almost completely flat front tire  Was wondering what the weird sound was) with C2 in it. We went for a 2 mile brisk walk on Monday and he didn't complain once about riding in it.
