Frontier85 vs Nauti - which is easier to install......

I have a 97 Explorer. DH has 01 Dakota Quad Cab. We need a new seat for younger DS but can only afford one seat. I am looking at the Frontier and Nauti. I need to be able to transfer the seat back and forth easy. Also, when we visit family, I am constantly switching the seat between our car and my Mom's 04 Suburban.
We have a FPSVD now and it's a cinch for me to move and reinstall everywhere.
So which one will be easier for me - Frontier85 or Nauti?

Generally the Nautilus is far easier.

Do you have tethers in all cars?

I vote Nauti, too, for easier installs.

If I didn't have top tethers in a vehicle, I would prefere the Nautilus to the Frontier, which requires a top tether over a certain weight.

The Explorer does not have anchors but I plan to have them installed soon.

The Dakota does have anchor straps on the back of the seat.

The Suburban does not have anchors (that I've found since it's not my car) for the middle captains chairs but does have anchors for the 3rd row. The middle row captains has latch.

DS2 is almost 4yo (in Feb) and weighs around 40#.

If it has lower anchors it has a top tether somewhere.

The Nautilus is easier, and since he's not remarkably heavy for his age it may be an easier seat to deal with. He doesn't necessarily need the extra height or weight the Frontier 85 offers.
