closest thing to a Sapphire original Parkway?

DD2:love:s her sapphire original Parkway, esp. if we're on long drives or afternoon drives where she tends to nod off. It expires in October 2011:(. Of course, back when I first bought it I didn't expect I'd need another booster by the time it expired but unless she hits a major torso growth spurt by next October, I'd like her to have a high back at least for road trips and afternoon drives - DDs will be almost 10YO by then and I *think* I could live with DD2 using her FPSV as an LBB on a day-to-day basis, DD1's Air Booster has at least 2 years left so I'm not worried about hers yet.

So, my "dream" booster for DD2 is:
-side wings and head wings like original PW (she doesn't like her FPSV as a high back b/c the back flops around and it doesn't provide the cozy sleep support she loves about her PW)
- color similar to sapphire pattern
- I know I'm in fantasy land on this now, but under $100 b/c this is going to be an occasional-use booster for a 10YO.

anything like this currently on the market or in the pipeline?

How long is her torso?

The Vivo offers great sleeping head support, the ProBooster is very nice too although with not-quite-as-huggy headwings and side support, I think, and comes in Blue Opal, and I believe Recaro is planning to bring over a version of the very popular-in-Europe, LATCHable Monza in the next year or so... You could find a cobalt cover for the Vivo, I bet? The Monza in Europe has 2-tone covers, no clue what it would be like here.

The Cybex X-Fix has very nice headwings too though not as huggy side wings, and there's a Navy pattern that's 2-tone blue.

The only one under $100 would be the Vivo, I guess. And of course a lot depends on torso length.

Have you seen the Safety 1st Air Protect Booster? It's got awesome head wings, and has a cover that is mostly black, but has some blue in it.

It does have the rule that head support is required by the vehicle though, so you'll need an adjustable head rest or high seat back to the tips of her ears if you choose this seat. It's about $70-$80.

If it ever becomes possible in your budget, the Maui Blue Frontier is a great booster for bigger/older (and smaller) booster riders. My 4"9" almost 10 year old loves hers. It's so comfy and provides great sleep support.
