chat issues?

I can log in to chat and see others posting but there is no where for me to enter txt, others can see me. Chat has worked for me before but lately this keeps happening

I am on a Mac using firefox

The chat room is hosted by a third party and is run on different software based on Java. Most chat issues are due to having an older or corrupt version of Java on your browser. The first thing to do would be to update your Java plugin. If that doesn't work, perhaps see if Safari lets you into chat. My only issue with Safari is that it won't let me cut/paste, but most everything else seems to work OK.

If you refresh the page, Safari will let you cut and paste! I was annoyed then someone, I think it was Qarin, and then lovin that told me to refresh and I can cut/copy/paste. So, once you're in just, just command-R and it will let you do all the good stuff.

On Firefox, in (float), when you can see the box everyone is chatting is but seem to not have your own text-entry box at the bottom, try grabbing the bottom right corner and making the window larger- the window it brings up doesn't have the scroll bar turned on, so if for some reason the window it is created too small you won't see the text-entry box at the bottom and can't scroll down to it.
