Carseat in Mazda5 that doesn't cause head falling forward?

You guys are fantastic - you have so many posts about car seats in the Mazda5. I look at it all the time. One thing I haven't seen mention of, though, i slumping. My son is almost 3 and falls asleep in the car about 4 times a week for the half hour ride home, and his head ALWAYS falls forward. I know toddlers are flexible, but sometimes it keeps him awake and makes him upset, and I absolutely hate it. We have a Graco Nautilus and while the seat is fantastic in every other way, the way the headrest slides in front of the backrest pushes his head forward when relaxed.

I am looking for a seat that reclines enough - or is deep enough, maybe? - that this doesn't happen. Suggestions?

How heavy is he? Maybe rear facing him would solve his head slumping?

The Nauti is notorious for head slump. Our Prosport wouldn't slump in the same car/seating position the Nauti would.

The headrest in the nautilus is awful. I ruled it out because of how it pushes the neck forward. We have Frontiers because of the smoother back/neck area.

The argos has a smoother transition but approaches a frontier price.
