Question Car seat buckle

My daughter has a high back booster. I can only put it in one spot. She is having a hard time bucking the vehicle seat. Are those buckle extensions safe? Thank you!

What specifically is she having trouble with? Is it because the belt stalk is short or floppy? Or do you have other seats installed next to her booster making it difficult for her to reach? Maybe if you can clarify, we can help you troubleshoot and come up with a safe "fix"!

Is your daughter new to boostering? If you don't mind providing her age, size, and what booster you have her in, there may be other suggestions as well.

If you look at most buckle extensions they specifically state they are not responsible in case anything should happen while you use it, which IMO is a very big warning sign. Please post more details about your problem and the helpful people on this board will jump in and try to solve your problem.

Based on last month's thread, her daughter is 6.5 and riding in a 05 Grand Caravan Captain's chair. IIRC, that vehicle has a fixed ridged belt stalk set at about a 45 degree angle toward the front of the car. MY guess is that the kiddo doesn't have a clear view of the buckle due to the booster armrest and is just blindly jabbing at the buckle until she gets it. It's hard to get your wrist exactly perpendicular to your body wih your elbow raised like that plus remember the angle and location of the slot. Teach her to lean forward toward her knees and she might have better luck. Mostly though, it's just a matter of being patient until she has enough muscle memory of how to do it.

Yes sorry. I tried to reply and it messed up. So 6.5 year old in britax parkway SLG, in 3rd row of 05 dodge grand caravan.
Its a floopy stalk. She was able to do it in the 2nd row captains chair, but the floppy stalk on the 3rd row is giving her a hard time. She can reach it, but it just sinks down on her. :(
