My pp account was hacked and I had them lock it. Whoever hacked also got access to my email and was changing the passwords and settings as soon as pp tried to put limitations. It's a huge friggin mess and they have stolen $2000 out of my bank (pp is linked).

Anyway...long story made short is I cannot send pp.
