Can I fit 3 Diono Radian 3R seats across in a 2013 Nissan Rogue? One would be for the new baby we are expecting, plus I have 2 toddlers that would be forward facing.

I can't say for sure as I have not tried this, but there is a chance. It is likely you will have to use seatbelts for install, which may allow you to shift the ones on the outside seats more toward the door than if you use LATCH. Here are some general tips: https://carseatblog.com/49714/3across/
Be sure to get a free returns policy as these are large, heavy seats that can cost a fortune to ship back. If you buy on Amazon, for example, make sure they are sold/shipped by Amazon and not a third party vendor and check for the free returns notation.
