2005 Armada ... can I put a child RF in the rear bench?

New-to-us vehicle! We are ordering a vehicle manual, but in the meantime I need to do some research online and ask questions here

Trying to decide where to position kids in seats and boosters...anyone know if it is/isn't ok to put a kiddo rear facing on the rear bench? In any position?

Provided you can install it properly and there's room, I can't think of a reason not to. I put Laine in the third row in our car. The only car I can think of with third row restrictions is the Volvo. I know there's at least one more, though (where they would fit, there are seatbelts, they're forward facing, and yet the manufacturer still says no). Ketchupqueen might know better which one or ones are more. But the Armada is not one of the ones I've heard of to worry about.

Thanks! That's kind of what I was figuring, but I do know that some cars have weird restrictions and wanted to double check before I put seats in!

According to Nissan, in some of the Armada's you cannot put a child in the third row. I don't know if this is the case with the 2005. We have been looking 2006 and newer.
