2003 Ford Explorer booster placement

I was in an accident yesterday and both booster seats were in the rig, so I cannot use them anymore. The only seat I could afford was a Harmony no back booster seat for my five year old.

Anyways, I was wondering if I could get some suggestions on where my kids should sit. I was thinking of putting my 5 year old in the middle second row seat and my 10 year old in the 3rd row seat, so that he five steps. Does this sound okay?

Assuming both kids have head support up to the ears and the five year old can sit properly, it sounds like a good deal! I'm sorry about the crash though. Replacing seats is never fun, especially with a tight budget.
