We have a Graco SnugRide installed in our car with no problems. However, my parents will also be transporting our son from time to time and would like to install an additional base in their 2002 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition.
I note that they have LATCH anchors in the floor behind the 2nd seat (3 - left, center, and right). Our car seat base typically uses a short belt to attach to LATCH anchors that are in the seat itself.
What is the best way to mount a base using these floor mounted LATCH anchors? Do I simply need a longer belt or is there something else I should know?
