Question 03 ford excursion tether anchor kit

Hi there.
I was reading a long thread from a couple years ago on retrofitting more tether anchors.
Wondering if you know if it's possible to do in my very back bench seat in my 2003 ford excursion!
I want to be able to put 2 forward facing carseats back there.
