I have had the Graco Nautilus for about a week and really like it! My son is riding in it and he will be four in a few weeks. He was 42lbs a few months ago and is about 42 1/2 inches tall. It is currently installed in our 2005 Toyota Sequoia.
The strap height is 18 inches (I measured it today), 19 inches at the widest point (the base) and 13 inches deep. It is easy to install.
The headrest is adjustable in height which I love because it offers better protection. This picture is when the head portion is at the highest:

It harnesses to 65lbs and then converts into a belt positioning booster to 100lbs and can even be used as a backless booster.
It has a few features my son loves including a built in cup holder and side pockets which are currently storing snacks.
I haven't had to remove the cover, but directions are included in manual. Adjusting strap height was easy.
I will include more pictures with my son in the morning. He was napping when I took these. I will write a full review when I have a chance, but so far we are very happy with the product.
