Purchased this booster to "train" DS1 in. He is 5 years 7 months, 42 lbs, and approximately 40 inches.
Pros:
Fits him really well
Lots of adjustability - head, torso and armrests can all be customized for the best fit!
Well padded
Doesn't require vehicle head support
Rigid LATCH
Ventilated for hot weather (it's currently 20*F here so can't say much on this)
Cons:
Dial adjustments for head and torso supports could potentially get "buried" depending on seat contours.
Does not convert to LBB
May not be comfortable for "wider" children
Two position recline doesn't do much
Rotating buttons that you have to push in and turn at that same time to release the rigid LATCH can be a little finicky and difficult with cold fingers
Overall, I'm really happy with the construction and "solidness" of this seat for DS. He is on the petite size and I feel it fits him really nice. He hasn't fallen asleep in it (we are limiting his booster riding to in town, short rides), but I suspect the head bolsters will come in handy to maintain position while sleeping.
