Awe! I can see just about any toddler sticking their finger in a hole like that ....I wonder why they're there? A recall wouldn't surprise me if it's happened a few times before. ( Reminds me of the one Graco had where kids were pulling back the cover and eating foam while riding in the seat. Can't remember what model it was though! )
