well, it eliminates my thought that it might be a cybex aton (first glance had me wonder if it was)

it's definitely euro, but I'm pleased to see that it seems permanently and probably properly installed.

HMMM... wonder what it is

Actually, it looks like it's on the base, but using the seatbelt routing on the seat instead. Maybe I'm wrong, and the bottom of the seat is just very boxy :)

It is on the base, but Euro seats can be really wonky. I wouldn't decide without seeing the instructions whether it's in correctly or not.

Looks like it might be this seat. Italian, and from the video, looks like it is might be being used correctly. video shows the install with the base using the seatbelt with the shoudler belt routing, and without the base using the belt routing through that blue guide in the back.

Looks like you found it! And apparently the belt routing IS right. Very cool :)
