My brain is too frazzled and this migraine is horrible today so I need someone to just make my mind up for me, ok.:p I will do a poll on this to make it easier for me to keep up with it.....

I am fixing to have too many seats, if there is a such thing , 1 is going to have to go, but I can't decide which one to sell off. I have to choose between keeping my Sporty Blue True Fit or my Cowmoo Marathon. I am not partial to either one and they are both 35lb RF seats.

Which one would you keep??

Uh, you should keep the True Fit, sell your Marathon naked and sell me the cowmoo cover :p

In all honesty, unless the RFing tethering is important to you, I'd keep the True Fit because it's nicer FFing and because it has the higher shell for RFing.

TF

I think it would fit a child longer, more comfortably. DD2's shoulders were squeezed in her MA and she is average sized. I also didn't like how high she sat on the base.

Keep in mind, though, I've never used a TF.

I plan to get one when dd3 outgrows her RA rfing. :)

Good point and no the RF tether is not that important to me. And it has crossed my mind about selling the MA naked.:D

Lizzy, I am the world's biggest Britax fan, and you know it well ...

But I vote for True Fit ;). And no, I don't need the cow cover!

I vote for the TF. I regret getting rid of mine. I picked the Marathon because of the covers (and the RF tether), but with my nephew's size now, I wish I had kept the TF.

TF is wider. Does it fit in between?

Neither seat is a good fit in between my Compass boosters even though my sig shows the MA in it. The TF is too wide back there and the dumb latch bars make it impossible to get you hands in the crack to buckle someone in a booster without loosing skin off your knuckles. I had to break down and buy another Radian to go back there... So this seat would mainly be a spare or would be for DS5 to use on the second row until I move him to my other TF.:)

LOL, I was expecting you to tell me how much I needed to keep the Marathon. :p Well, it looks like the True Fit is going to stay so far.....

Ally, I hope you shipped a box to me that the MA will fit in...:D

If it was me, I'd keep both for a few more weeks, just to be sure I didn't regret my decision. You may find that a different set-up works better and then wish you had the seat that you sold.

Can you seat 3 in the middle row? Could you have one of the boosters on the end of the 2nd row and just have that DC get in after the ones in the back load up? You could probably slide the seat forward(if thats how it works)with the booster still on it.

I'd keep the TrueFit, both because it will last longer and because a cow-moo Marathon will sell quickly for a good price.

LOL!:D Erin, if I could keep both I would :p and eventually the Sporty Blue True Fit will go up for sale too.:( It's just a transition seat until I HAVE to FF DS4.
