Question RSTV with booster?

My daughter will be car pooling twice a week from school (10 minutes) and the family has a small prius with an infant seat, HBB and radian installed in the back seat. My daughter is only 4 and not ready to ride in the available HBB position. I would like her to use her RSTV which she is accustomed to. I am wondering whether it is necessary to remove the HBB for her to sit in that position with the RSVT or whether it would be ok for her to sit on that seat but route the seatbelt through the RSVT and not the HBB. It would be so much easier than having to remove the seat each time.

You will have to remove the booster each time. They are talking about making an RSTV that can be used with the booster but the current models cannot.

Bummer. It's what I expected but I thought I would check. I wonder how they would modify the RSVT to make it ok to use with a booster underneath.

They wouldn't. They're talking of making a special seat with which it is also tested. So you'd need the RSTV booster as well as the RSTV, basically. The vest would still be usable without the booster, I don't know about the booster without the vest, though.
