I've been lurking here for a few months and finally decided to join.

My name is Christy, I am a military wife, daycare provider and stay at home mom to my 13 month old son Joel Curtis.

I am anal about carseats and am obsessed with researching different ones. This started when my son was 5 months RF in a Safety 1st Intera (loved the seat) and I slammed on my brakes to avoid hitting a trackter, he flew forward and hit he backseat. I freaked because his harness was tight and safe. Since then I have become extremly anal about carseats. I love this board because I feel "normal", lol.
