I got my seats Thursday. One was missing the rear facing tether strap/d-ring, the other one has a loose head wing assembly. SKJp is sending me a new d-ring, and headrest, as well as three new SL straps.

I'm calling. There are stress marks all over this seat. And the harness is on the top slots and crotch buckle all the way out. Looks like they put a brand new cover on a used seat.

it's expected that there may be tiny marks from the actual rivets. Mine were a little over half a dime in total circumference if that helps. My flora that i use to have had tiny white marks next to the rivets and that came directly from skjp warehouse to my hands via me driving down there.

Don't feel dumb! I have been a member here for over a year and just noticed them this week

At the top of the forums there is an ad banner - underneath the "Are your kids safe?" paragraph and above the box with your login info in it. Sometimes its a Target ad. Sometimes Amazon, etc. It changes. In the mornings when i first sign in its usually a CSN add and on the far left side of the ad will be a 10% off code.

I've never been able to apply a 10% off code to a clearance item
(though what I've purchased may be excluded brands)...

On some of my orders I had to add a small item that wasn't from clearance to the cart, and then it applied the 10% to the whole thing.

Thanks again for the releasing the nitro to me - I was able to checkout successfully, including with the 10% off (I did have one full-price item in my cart too, a picture frame, in case that makes a difference).
