WWYD-Turbo Booster or Radian

Here's my situation...DD3 is 5yrs 41lbs usually rides in a Radian. Friday I have an all day car seat symposium. DD3 is leaving for a weekend with her Aunt before I get home. I can leave the Radian to be installed by DH and SIL or leave a HB Turbo booster.

It would be installed using latch in a Dodge (something or other...it replaced the Neon) I've done it before myself and it wasn't horrible to install but it wasn't a piece of cake either. Since DH is the reason I became a tech in the first place I am assuming that the install would be less than ideal. Also no highway travel just local jaunts.

Would a properly used TB be better than an improperly installed Radian? I'm thinking yes.

Oh..and I really want to take the Radian to the conference with me. The Radians aren't widely known here yet and I'd like to expose other techs to some of the Radian's quirks before they meet one IRL IKWIM

Interested in all opinions...let me know what you think in case there's something I haven't considered.

TIA

Yes, I'd also be fine with the Turbo in that situation.

Last week I left my mom and my grandma's neighbor (Nana's only transportation) with the Compass booster for Hayley because I didn't trust that the neighbor could install either of our harnessed seats properly, and I know the Compass is easier to use. If I would have been able to be there to do the installation, I'd have probably chosen the harnessed seat, but it couldn't work out that way, so I was fine with a booster.

Thanks ladies,

I was really just looking for a pat on the back to say it'll be all right! My baby's able to use a booster :( and Mommy's going to miss it!
