Yes, absolutely I would re-harness her if it was my child.

As much as it would concern me to make sure I was doing it legally if there wasn't a feasible option available in Canada I would feel justified in pursuing other means to keep my child safe if I had to.

Are those anchors just for use with the harness, though, or could you use them with a harnessed seat as well? Those are questions for someone who knows more than me.

Yes, you can use the EZ-On HDTAs for harnessed carseats, too.

Sooo.....I could install EZ-On HDTAs where the mystery hooks are, which would eliminate the need for the fiasco with Dodge, and then make a parental decision to use either a Regent or an EZ-on or an 86Y. Obviously, the consensus is that I should re-harness her, which is what my gut tells me, but I just want to make sure I'm making my parental decision based on the right info about the TAs.

ETA: Does anyone on this board have their 09 Latch Manual yet? I know that the 09 manual was referenced on the listserve today, but I'm not sure if anyone here has theirs yet.
