Will Britax Frontier and Marathon Fit in a VW Golf

Hi There,

I currently have two Marathon's forward facing in the back of our 2009 VW Golf. Wondering if I upgrade one of my Marathon's to a Frontier if it will fit? It look really wide so just want to make sure I will be able to shut the door. Obviously no body can sit in between the two

I know that a TrueFit fits, and it's very wide. I can only guess a Frontier would too.

My friend here in NZ has a Frontier 85 and a rf'ing Truefit in a 2005 Golf TDi.

No trouble with closing the door but because she only has ELR seatbelts in the back she finds the LBP seatbelt install tricky and the SBP impossible. Latch is perfect.
