I am currently using a Graco Nautilus with the 5 point harness. I want to keep my 6 yo harnessed as long as possible. Is the highest harnessed seat a Britax Frontier?

Yup, that's your only choice if your child has outgrown the Nautilus. But if your child still has room to grow you might be fine with just waiting and using a booster.

Beyond the Frontier, there are some special needs seats that do harness longer. However, unless there is a medical reason to keep your child in a harness seat, moving to a booster seat at 6+ years old is a very safe option.
