Using LATCH and car seatbelt at the same time???

I was shopping for a car seat today and the sales person told me that Britax has an infant car seat that allows for installation using BOTH LATCH and car seat belt at the same time. Any one know if this is accurate???

Very few seats allow this. Most that do allow a tight installation with LATCH and basically just getting the belt out of the way after. As far as I know Britax isn't on the list, but I don't know everything, especially about new seats. When they do allow it, it's just to prevent belt entanglement and only if the car allows, which most don't (except the Clek Foonf, which is a special case on both counts.)

The new Britax infant seat is the B-Safe 35 and it does not allow installation with both LATCH and the seat belt.
