Question Trying to fit 2 car seats & booster in 2004 Toyota Matrix

Hi! I am driving a 2004 Toyota Matrix and I have 3 children, 2 in car seats and one in a booster. I am needing to upgrade car seats for both my young girls. I am having a hard time figuring out the seats that will work in our 2004 Toyota Matrix. I don't mind having to buy a new boost for my son either. My main concern is safety, then the fit but I need to make my car work for a while longer. Can anyone suggest car seats that have great safety ratings and that fit in the back seat of my car? Thanks in advance for the help!

My kids' stats:
7 yo, 50", 45lb approx.
3 1/2 yo, 37", 35lb approx.
19 months, 30", 25lb approx.

There are no safety ratings. All seats pass the same stringent safety tests.

What is your budget for new seats? Is your three year old rear or forward facing?
