Ok, we are planning a 2 week trip home to see family in February 2013. We are going to Montreal & plan some side trips to Ottawa & Toronto.
We will fly to MTL & then either have MIL's compact or have a rental car for the driving part.
Our current car seat setup is in siggy and we are trying to decide what seat to buy for our youngest right now. I was just thinking about getting the Combi Coccoro for youngest DD to use as full time seat right now & also travel seat then. It should still be fine RF by then, correct? And by the time the youngest outgrows it RF, she could move to older DD's Complete Air (RF) and older DD could transition to a FF harness/booster seat such as the Nauti?
As far as the trip (in 6-7 mo), my plan would be to use the Coccoro (RF) for youngest & our backup Scenera (FF) for older DD. Does that sound reasonable from their current stats? OR would I be better off using the Scenera & the CA for travel? Or two Sceneras even? I want youngest to RF for sure, possibly still both...
What would you do?
Just trying to help decide what seat to buy now AND planning ahead for the trip & other travel.
