top tether retrofitted for all 3 seats in Honda Accord wagon?

I am wondering if I can get 3 top tethers retrofitted in a 1995 Honda Accord LX wagon? I want all 3 seats in the back to have top tethers since all are forward facing. Cost? Part number?

(I'm aware the middle is lap only and will only be used to hold a 5 point harness carseat )

According to the LATCH manual, all retrofittable Honda models use the same Honda top tether anchor retrofit part, Honda part number 82410-SE3-C01, called a "plate assembly" by Honda. That part costs approx. $15 each at Honda dealerships, or slightly less online if you google the part number for online Honda parts stores. Owners of retrofittable Honda vehicles can find install instructions in the Honda vehicle's owner's manuals, and the LATCH manual additionally states that a torque wrench should be used to tighten the bolt to a torque of 16 lb-ft (22 Nm), or have the install verified at a Honda dealership if a torque wrench isn't available. That all said, I can't confirm for certain if you can actually retrofit the Accord wagon model. All Accord 4-door sedan and 2-door coupe versions are listed in the LATCH manual as retrofittable through the 1999 model year, but there is no listing for the Accord wagon model, possibly an error of omission rather than meaning it's not possible. Since retrofittable Hondas are supposed to have top tether anchor retrofit installation details in their owner's manual, you could ideally check the wagon's owner's manual to see if it has those details, or if the manual isn't available or lacks info., contact Honda customer service to inquire about the wagon version's retrofittability, 800-999-1009 in the U.S. (or 888-946-6329 in Canada if lurkers/google searchers from Canada end up viewing this thread).
