the integrated booster cushion -- better or worse?

okay, another option, and I can buy the cover from the dealer that gives head and side cushions (for comfort and positioning -- not SIP). IS the volvo integrated seat an improvement over the turbobooster or even worse??

Is she currently sitting on the booster? Because if so, that is an appallingly bad booster fit. You can see how high the lap belt is on her abdomen. In a hard impact, it would crush her unprotected abdominal organs. Her shoulder belt is also much too close to her neck.

That does look like she is using the cusion. The fit is bad. The lap belt is way high on the tummy.

and she is over 40 lbs, and the seat guidelines is that a 33 lb child can sit there. Yikes, that isn't going to help volvo reach its "no one dies in our car by 2020" and I thought they got a 2009 IIHS good bet rating?
