Tether Anchor Installation for FF Seats

Hello! Sorry if this has been asked before; I've just joined this forum... I have a 2004 GMC Envoy with 3rd row seating. There is no LATCH system or even Tether Anchors in the 3rd row seating, and I need to install my daughters' FF car seats in the third row. Of course I am unable to do that at this time because there are no tether anchors. Where can I get these installed? I have called the dealership where I purchased the vehicle from, the police station, and the fire station. So far no one is able to help me. Any ideas? TIA!!

You can't get tethers retrofitted since your vehicle already has some. Sorry. Who else is in the car? Maybe we can arrange it so that everyone has a tether who needs one.
