Ok, I installed my MA ff today for dd. She just hit 33 lbs :( . But we made it to three! her birthday was yesterday.

Its in an 02 nissan sentra, middle, with lap/shoulder belt and tethered. rock solid, isn't going anywhere.

My problem is that the base of the seat won't fit on the bump of the middle seat. It hangs of a little bit on the edges. Is this ok?

Here are pics to show what I mean.

I'm about to go out and redo it with my bf to see if we can get it to squish the seat down a little bit more. He wasn't here when I installed it the first time.

TIA

Not a tech but it looks fine to me too. To squish down my seats I put both knees in the carseat facing the back of the seat and rock back and forth while pulling on the seatbelt.

Thanks guys!

I just went out and re-did it with my bf there to sit in the seat for me and now its even tighter. I pulled the base out about another inch and that made it fit on the seat much better.
